Related Northwest and IRCO are partnering to develop 96 units of affordable housing on a formerly Metro-owned site in Montavilla. Aldea at Glisan Landing represents the family housing portion of the larger Glisan Landing development. The family-focused project based amilies and intergenerational households. IRCO will provide resident services at the family housing property.

Located in the Montavilla neighborhood in Northeast Portland, Aldea at Glisan Landing residents are six miles from downtown Portland with family-friendly shops, and tasty treats. There is also a historic movie theater, Mt. Tabor Park, Rosemont Bluff Natural Area, The Montavilla Community Center within a mile, and access to public transportation right outside the community on Glisan Street.
